Obama Out. My President. My heart hurts.

A man so hated because of the color of his skin. Dayum him he is black. How dare he as a black man to presume to know what is right for black prople, all people of color?

2024 we will no longer be a white nation. I get hides every dayum time I say this. Yet it is a fact and I embrace it. We will no longer be the United White States of America. We will be a beautiful and diverse State of America. I embrace it.

I so love the diversity of color.

We haven't seen the last of him. Not by a long shot. I am sure he has great plans to continue to help people and make the world a better place...unshackled by the political limitations of being in office but with the influence of a former president. After he gets his few months of sleep he's been looking forward to.

And on that note -- don't think I won't notice when some of the folks around here who have spent his entire presidency trashing and trying to undermine him start to wax nostalgic about his presidency later on when they finally wake up and realize how good we've had it.

He's the greatest president in my lifetime. He will be ranked among the greatest of all time. He shifted the center to the left. So much progress has been made even in the face of GOP obstruction fueled by raw bigotry.

And President Obama rose about it all with amazing grace.

I love diversity, too, she.

Grace and dignity. That is what they did through all the hate.

Best in my lifetime as well. Best!

I love the color of change. I majored in art. You mix your colors to create another. The color of change. Sweet vibrant beautiful color. That will be us.
