Brave browser for iPhone has site by site preferences.

Today, I set it as my default browser.

User interface takes a bit of getting used to.

Ad block is built in.

changes in attitude, but seems pretty stable and has its advantages.

And has built in ad and tracker blocking and privacy features. Brave is based on Chromium (an open-source version of Google Chrome with some proprietary trackers stripped out), it’s been a long while since I’ve tried it, the funding models the two companies use is different but their goals are very similar
