Annoying Microsoft Edge popup on my ipad

I use Safari. I have adblock and 1blocker, popups blocked, and still this happens. Fairly recent phenomenon for me. Googled it, saw others with same problem, don't see any effective solutions.

Anyone know anything?

i turn off Javascript quite often but that turns off many videos.
