Androids vs. iPad question re: Yahoo email

I've only ever used android devices.

This is my question:

On my android devices (and my desktop) I use Yahoo email. If I receive an email with multiple recipients and I reply it automatically defaults to "reply all". If I'm the only recipient it knows to default to just "reply".

So a relative with Apple iPad who also uses Yahoo mail doesn't have this. If I send her an email with multiple recipients her "reply" button has to be manually changed if she wants to "reply all". So if she forgets to change this only I will get her reply (which happens a lot).

Is there some setting somewhere where she can change this to recognize when it should default to "reply all" when there are multiple recipients?

Hope the question makes sense. I thought because we were both using Yahoo mail that there would be similar settings. But now I'm thinking maybe it's an android vs. Apple thing.

Thank you.
