to a 10.xxx version fixed mine.Uninstall version you have now and reinstall a 10.xxx version halfway down on this page.

Then don't forget to turn off the automatic updating or you'll be right back with the newer one that may be causing problems.
Though I'm not sure with the very small amount of data you've sent if it will work at all.
If it doesn't please tell us what OS you're on, what edition of Adobe Flash you're running at the very least.

installed older version.
