Intel released new chipset drivers for windows 10... (Edited)

EDITED: it turns out, I can still learn things or maybe that’s forget things and relearn them. Don’t use the alternate method below for getting drivers unless you are experienced at this stuff. Not all device manufacturers implement chipsets and such exactly the same, so generic drivers even whql that windows finds might not work properly and it’s not always readily apparent that there is a problem. Best solution for me was reinstalling latest drivers from the device manufacturer. The End.

if your computer manufacturer hasn't released updates then you can probably get them the way I did for my old laptop. I opened up properties for each intel device in device manager and then clicked the update button. This helped my system quite a bit as the older windows 7 drivers were not working that well.
