In our constituency before the election, the Tory candidate's leaflets were full of stuff about how she valued the NHS more than anything, how her parents both worked for it, how it had helped her through a serious illness, and, getting to the point, how voting Tory was the only way to prevent NHS cuts. Perhaps partly due to this propaganda, she is now our MP.

Moral: Voting Tory is never a way to prevent any sort of public service cuts!
