3. I've wondered what the U.S. might be like with a parliamentary system.

It would probably be more efficient, but I don't know how things would shake out between the parties. I don't know about how the court system would work in a parliamentary system. The main reform I'd like to see in the federal courts is an age limit and/or a term limit. Lifetime appointments are too much for people who live as long as they do these days.

4. Yes there are advantages to both systems, and disadvantages. Term limits would be good

in the US. Mostly at this point norms should be followed. That would go a long way. Voting rights legislation too needs to be passed.
