Related: About this forum"Divide & Conquer" Tape Adds to the List of Under-Oath-Lies Walker Told Congress
From Uppity Wisconsin.
In light of the current Roger Clemons trial, where he faces six felonies for lying to Congress over his use of steroids, earlier this week I started compiling a list of all the lies Walker told when he testified before Congress.
When the "divide and conquer" video broke last night, I already had eleven prosecutable lies. Now I have two more. (I'll break that out next week.)
In the new video, Walker clearly stated that his motivation of killing public sector unions was purely political: To weaken the Democratic base and make Wisconsin "completely red." And he also states that this was a "first step" in going after all unions in Wisconsin-- even private unions.
He said the exact opposite in his testimony to Congress:

Walker will never face accountability for a lie to Congress.
Any accountability he gets held to will be right here in America's Dairyland.

Such dishonesty and arrogance!
After he initiated those attacks, Gov. Walker testified under oath to a congressional committee. He was asked during the April 2011 hearing to specifically address the question of whether he set out to weaken unions which traditionally back Democrats and which are expected to play a major role in President Obamas 2012 re-election campaign for political purposes. Walker replied: Its not about that for me.
During the same hearing, Walker was asked whether he ever had a conversation with respect to your actions in Wisconsin and using them to punish members of the opposition party and their (union) donor base?
Walker replied, not once but twice, that the answer was no.

I seriously doubt he will step down or resign. I think he'll keep trying to sign as many bills/legislation as ALEC can muster & shove down our throats. That's the way Walker rolls!
