with the pipeline company losing in court after court. The pipeline has an appalling record of hundreds of permit vioations during construction. Landowners in VA and WV have been abused and had their peace and property taken from them.

The only way this monstrosity succeeded was for Joe Manchin to hold the whole economy hostage in the debt ceiling crisis.
