And The Democratic Senatorial Primary Winner Will Be Facing...

And the Texas Democratic Senatorial Primary winner might very well be facing--Ted Cruz. The first day for the Republican senatorial primary run-off had a very heavy turnout.

Those of us who watched the 2010 general election wipe-out in shock and horror noted that the tee-nuts came out to vote in droves.

The wing nuts are very active so they will turn out. And what was left of the "moderates" in the Texas republican party are way outnumbered.

I think king crazy Cruz will win too.

I'm trying to look at this optimistically, as it may provide us with an opportunity to help Sadler win in November.

A pity that the Texas GOP is so largely hard-right already. I'd love to see hundreds of thousands of Republican voters either stay home or (better yet) vote for Paul Sadler. Unfortunately, I think that a lot of current non-voters are going to have to find themselves in worlds of pain before they decide to get off their backsides and try the ballot-box remedy.

What will it take? Even for the crazy right wingers. Does just blaming Obama for everything take care of all their gripes? They would rather starve and not have any insurance coverage rather than be seen as siding with "socialism". They do everything on their own, don't ya know.

No one has ever helped a winger do a damn thing. They do everything on their own.

The early voting site had a number of Cruz signs but no Dewhurst signs. I have only seen one Dewhurst sign in the last week and a number of Cruz signs.

BTW, from whom does Cruz want to take back our country?

5% points or more than 15%. Maybe this will be a wake up call for those last moderates in the Texas Republican party that they are no longer relevant to their party.

Cruz is just a tea party talking point regurgitator. He has no understanding about anything he says. He's just being paid to be the puppet.
