Related: About this forumDraconian new TX abortion gag law forbids ANY mention of healthcare providers who offer abortion
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/07/12/1108775/-Texas-to-ban-doctors-from-mentioning-abortion-to-their-patientsFrom Daily Kos. It says no mention of abortions, but here's a quote from the actual story about the law:
And what exactly does it mean to promote abortion? Providing a patient with a referral to a facility that performs abortions, referring to abortion as within the continuum of family planning services, furnishing or displaying information to a patient that publicizes or advertises an abortion service or provider, or displaying a brand name of a healthcare provider that performs abortions.
Get that? Not only can you not refer for abortions, you cannot refer for any reason whatsoever to a healthcare provider who provides abortions. You can't even have the "brand name" (hello, Planned Parenthood!) displayed in your facility, even if the display doesn't concern abortion services. If a doctor knows a woman needs a mammogram and cannot afford it, and also knows the only chance to get one is a free Planned Parenthood one, the doctor cannot refer the woman to PP.
From this description, I don't see how Planned Parenthood can even refer internally or even have their own name in their clinics. Perhaps healthcare providers who offer abortion services are exempt from the gag order, but gotdam this is TEXAS, and who the hell in government cares about if Planned Parenthood can have a sign up?
Anybody with Photoshop, can you produce a Texas flag with the Lone Star made of a twisted coat hanger, the hook pointing up?

They are used in abortions and the tool creepily resembles a lone star when viewed from an angle. Probably not found in many alleys, but if there is a black market for guns then it isn't beyond to reason to expect a black market for abortion tools.

Pardon my Photoshop skills, but I left an outline around the tool so it would contrast with the background.
