A federal judge in San Antonio declared Texas' ban on gay marriage unconstitutional Wednesday, the San Antonio Express-News reported.
But U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia issued a stay along with the ruling, according to the newspaper, so the ban remains in place for the time being.

Unfortunately, it's going to make electing Democrats a lot harder later this year.
Oh, well. I'd rather have civil rights for all of us and put up with morons in Congress for two more years. Civil rights are more important.
Just expect all those pompadoured preachers to be fulminating away.
