Justices dismissed the appeal "due to a change in the law."

The beauty is, it's such a hot button issue with their base, Republicans can't hem and haw over it for fear of losing their core voters. They have to openly oppose reproductive rights or lose the religious reich. The proverbial rock and a hard place.
