4. I know it took a while but I thought I would let you know..

that the event was great! Last time we saw them was at the inauguration and we stood back at the Monument watching on a big screen. Saturday we were nine rows back from the President and it was exciting! The crowd was happy and engaged. In many respects it was your traditional flag waving, band playing political event. One of the best things about an Obama event is that the staff and the attendees are genuinely nice people. You can always make a friend in the crowd! It was good to be there and stand with the President as he gave his first official campaign speech. Can't wait to see him in DC, on the Mall in January! Peace, Kim
