Heitkamp rally in Mandan
My husband, our 4-year-old daughter, and I attended the rally today in Mandan. Sen. Cory Booker was there, along with former Sen. Kent Conrad (his no vote on Iraq war got huge standing ovation, I'd forgotten about it and my husband served in that war).
The place was packed. It was supposed to be a breakfast but they had to take down tables to make more room.
We were able to get pictures with Heidi and Booker. I haven't posted a pic to DU in a decade so forgot how.
There were 2 lame protesters outside yelling at Sen. Booker. People laughed and a few yelled back.
My mom went to the rally in Fargo yesterday with Heidi and former VP Biden.
