Updated-Developing: Crews Work To Rescue Window Washers From Hearst Tower

Rescue crews are on the scene as they try to help two window washers trapped on a scaffold rig outside the Hearst Tower.

The building is located on West 57th Street.

Fire officials say they were called to the scene shortly after 2:30 p.m.

The two workers could be seen waiting for rescuers on the rig located on the 45th floor.
