Schumer backs state senator for NYC public advocate but stays mum on mayor race

By Jennifer Fermino / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

Schumer is endorsing state Sen. Daniel Squadron in his bid for public advocate, The News has learned.

She came to the Riverdale forum and specifically touted her record on LGBT rights in an area where we are relatively few. Squadron said nothing and neither did the other three.

Though they all had plenty to say at the LGBT forum two weeks later at Pace University in Manhattan.

Results? Ya gotta have vision, integrity and fire before you can talk about results.

I like her very much! I will have to see who else is running though.
