Just voted in the NY primary

I live in a little hamlet in Upstate New York. Probably 500 people. Primaries are from noon to 9pm and only dems are voting.. I arrived at 4:15 and they had 50 votes in already. That's a big turnout.. Hope Governor Cuomo has is concession speech ready!!

I live on NYC’s upper east side and the polling place was very quiet.

The Democratic primary for governor is fascinating. Incumbent Andrew Cuomo is challenged by new-comer Cynthia Nixon, the actress known for her performances in “Sex And The City.” She is very progressive and has fought a strong campaign.

I'm just north of Glens Falls, south of Lake George. I was #44 after 5:30, but I think that was just at my table, was pleased to see more people showing up as I was leaving. I scored an "I Voted!" sticker (the reason for my temporary avatar change), hoping that might remind anyone I crossed paths with. I stopped at Stewart's and the guy behind the counter said that he voted, too - we Dems are a minority in my neck-of-the-woods so we need to GOTV!
