and was frustrated when Phil took the bait about his "delay" in declaring an emergency during Ida costing peoples lives.
THAT IS TOTAL BULLSHIT! Not one life would have been saved by that making that declaration - that's all about FEMA funds. Declaring an emergency would NOT stop the rain from falling, the winds from blowing and rivers flooding. Phil should have called 'that guy' out on his lies.

I also thought - and he needs to prep the next time -

That he followed Fed Gov orders on C-19 - ie Trump's team.
