(3,163 posts)Look at the percentages. Davis has run essentailly unopposed for years because she is in a gerrymandered district and no Democrat has ever run against her. The fact that she beat a bunch of Republicans is unimpressive. In her district a dead horse running alone against a bunch of Republicans would win if was wearing a Democratic label.
That happens to be the district I live in. I would be impressed if she beat another Democrat.

Suffice it to say, the race to watch is the Scott Peters\ DeMaio race. I even gave the analysis.
