The Tourist - For Slow Horses Fans

No spoilers at all . . .

Will just say this - If you love Slow Horses and need a quick fix. . . watch The Tourist on Netflix.

Dry sense of humor, Dark Humor, Moves fast - with lots of little twists that show you what REALLY happened.

Also - Danielle MacDonald made me fall in love with her as an actress in Dumplin' and Patty Cake$ -

I forgot it was her. So cool to hear her Australian accent.

It would be like comparing Only Murders in the Building to a Poirot movie on Britbox.

Both have slow 'aha' moments - unless you've recently read a Poirot Book.

I'm reading the Slow Horses series now - so I'm going to do a rewatch of the first 3 seasons when I'm done.

I tend to watch a lot of Britbox, Acorn - and European Noir thrillers. This hits the spot of the dry humor . . . .

Well, well, well I kept waiting for someone to say "Well - fuck off now."

The Tourist is a great series. I'm looking forward to the second season, which begins on February 29 on Netflix.

We've been watching Darby and Joan, an Australian series on Acorn. Bryan Brown and Greta Scacchi are delightful in their roles, and the scenery of coastal Australia is stunning.

Quite good as well. I sensed the Cohen Brothers all over it. Nobody else gas mentioned.

Where she plays an American. She nails the accent.
