I enjoy watching the show "Zombie House Flip" where a crew...
buys rundown houses at a bargain price and fix it up and re-sell it for a profit.
Does anyone know if it's legit? They show the demolition and rehab and how they attempt to keep costs under budget and all. On the show they usually appear to make a profit of 60-120k depending on the size of the house and the neighborhood. My question is do they get to keep the profit or are they just paid for the show, or both?
