I am so thankful for modern surgery. I had my second such surgery seven weeks ago. This one was much more complicated than the one 12 years ago, but everything has gone really well.

Hope everything goes as well for you. The recuperation takes a while and can be frustrating.

Don’t know if you have had cataract surgery recently. That can increase the likelihood of a detachment. On the other hand, my cataracts were very yellowed and had severely distorted by color vision.

Please take good care of yourself, and let yourself heal.

All my best vibes and wishes for you!

Please do all the doctor says and don't overuse your eye til you are healed. I wish you a speedy recovery.
