Anyway, it looks like it's somewhere in the Middle East or something. A Shaman maybe took this photo.

(8,807 posts)Does look middle eastern. Super serendipity, I'd say. Someone taking the rainbow, maybe on a tripod with a slow shutter speed and then the lightening happens. The correct exposure for a shot like that is a bit boggling. Or maybe it was an iphone.

(36,827 posts)Human reaction time is not fast enough to take a picture of a lightning strike. You have to build or buy a photocell circuit that triggers the camera when the lightning appears.
