and that means I'm only talking about the lightning. To get the rainbow at the same time you have to have been on your knees to where they are raw. Don't you think?

Anyway, it looks like it's somewhere in the Middle East or something. A Shaman maybe took this photo.

Does look middle eastern. Super serendipity, I'd say. Someone taking the rainbow, maybe on a tripod with a slow shutter speed and then the lightening happens. The correct exposure for a shot like that is a bit boggling. Or maybe it was an iphone.

Human reaction time is not fast enough to take a picture of a lightning strike. You have to build or buy a photocell circuit that triggers the camera when the lightning appears.

There's a few different ways to do it, but to really get nice shots like the OP you really need a trigger.
