i took an impromptu walk tonight

i only worked a few hours today and the clouds started to look like something interesting might happen, so i headed out to one of the natural areas just down the road. still no killer sunset, but i got a few good shots. got sprinkled on a little bit, too.

finally caught one of these guys. they were making quite a racket tonight.

Your rain clouds are especially spectacular. In fact, the second one of those two looks really dramatic with the outline of the mountain with the sun behind it. Well done!

When taking sunset photos, it is good to look behind you to see what's happening. It paid off for you.

9. the clouds to the east always look painted on at sunset

had to head east this evening and was treated to another nice show. i knew i should have brought the camera.

many evenings. That's one reason I remember to look east at sunset.
