4. This is about this month's photo contest.

We want to keep all comments about the pictures out of the entry thread so set up a separate thread for people to make observations and comments about the pictures.

2. Okay, as near as I can tell,

all the DU photographers will have their photos submitted to sites where more people can see them, and circulate them, and where some viewers might actually buy them. At point of sale the photos still belong entirely to the photogs. Since I have long felt that 99.92 percent of DU photographers are doing professional quality work, I think this will be a win-win situation for contributors.

There's a lot I don't understand about how the internet works, so if I've got that wrong, please correct me. If that's more or less right, Go For It!, everybody!

7. You can post "hidden" photos to Imgur.

I post my entries to Imgur.com and mark them as "hidden." No one sees them but me. I then copy the "direct link" and use that to post on DU

Truly, these are really great ones!

Gotta say - I was expecting to see a big fish catch on the 'end of the line' photo - but no!? LOL
I had one somewhere where my kid accidentally caught a shark - but couldn't find that treasure.

I was also anticipating something showing TFG at the end of the line (God/ess, make it so!- him being OVER)

Not sure why I am sharing what the theme made me think about, but whatever - it is happy hour for me
