If this is an intro, I highly recommend working through her stuff in order ... 'Same Trailer, Different Park', 'Pageant Material', and 'Golden Hour' ... all really good records. She's a great 'observational' songwriter, and very obviously liberal-leaning.

I posted a thread of her stuff on this forum last weekend, it's a good sampler of 4 songs from her canon.

7. The Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum currently has a HUGE Kacey Musgraves exhibit.

Handwritten lyrics, her mom’s pottery, and maybe 15 or 20 outfits. It’s, by far, the largest exhibit in the museum.
