I'm not much for Wikipedia, but their list of living actors from Hollywood's golden age...

...is worth checking out, both for jogging the memory and getting an education.

I knew Jerry Maren (one of the Lollipop Guild members in The Wizard of Oz) was still with us, and of course various stars of dramas (Olivia de Havilland, Kirk Douglas) and musicals (Doris Day, Jane Powell), but there were a lot of people I'd forgotten or never knew by name.

And that's quite a dazzling array of movie credits!

to find info on certain actors, etc. It leads to hours of reading interesting "fun facts".

...or other resources because I have my hesitations about Wikipedia, but this list was the first I'd seen of its kind.
