Worst ever comidian bomb I've seen. Rolling Thunder Saloon at Odessa, WA. It's a "biker"
bar, but is only full of bikers if a big rally is in the region. It's in the middle of eastern Washington. Farm country and red as hell. A biker dude that is pretty cool owned it, and he did pretty well with the locals.
So he schedules this comedy show when his biker crowd wasn't around. The people that showed up were your usual locals and a lot of farmers. The first guy did okay, nothing I really remember, but he got some laughs.
The next guy was raunchy! He really put Andrew "Dice" Clay to shame! At one point he said, "biker bar huh?" Some lady yelled back at him to clean it up! Looking out there, he saw what you'd expect at a grange hall. He would have probably given anything for an Eagles lodge crowd at that point!
My girlfriend and I have a lot of biker friends and a few of us that were there were talking about that and laughing. I pointed out that for us, it turned out to be a good show. We're laughing at that dude and don't even hardly remember the other guy. We got our moneys worth.
