1. I remember going to see it with my High School

it with my High School.
Complete with angry parents grabbing their kids and walking out during the nude scene.

2. Saw it on Broadway in March of 1969.

I think I still have the playbill somewhere. Great show!

3. There was a companion album, disinHAIRited. I had it.

I was hardly old enough to be a fan, but our parents never censored us in anything, and so I had the original cast recording, the book, and the above-mentioned album, which had songs that didn't make the first album or had been cut from the show (IIRC, it was constantly evolving), when I was barely out of grade school. I did a slide show on pollution for a junior high school assembly, and the song that I played with it was "Air".

I now have the CD, which has a couple of disinHAIRited songs on it. When the show finally hit Detroit, my grandmother took me. Meat Loaf was in it.

4. I got the original LP and it is one of my favorites...

if I put it on my turntable while cleaning it takes me twice as long since I can't stop myself from dancing but who wants to stop? I turn it over and play it again.
