"Texas state law declares that Communists are people who engage in violent actions intended to overthrow the government. In reality, the CPUSA constitution declares that any party member who even advocates the violent overthrow of the government shall be expelled from the party.

Texas law forbids Communists from holding public office or even holding a state government job.

The law is contradictory and slanderous and is a violation of human rights and basic democratic principles.

This law, Title 5, Subtitle A, Chapter 557, Subchapter A & C as well as Sec. 557.022 should be overturned immediately."

I had no idea laws like this were still on the books. You'd think that they'd be more concerned about these guys:

1. You would be surprised what laws are on the book but are so dump they are ignored and forgotten.

"No to Obama Care"

A few things about the picture.
He already said no to education, obviously a FOX viewer.
What is the gun to prove, was he planning on shooting anyone who disagreed?
I would bet he hasn't a clue what communism is, I would further guess he would be someone who would benefit from "Obamacare."
