DPRK is sort of a joke, although that's what North Korea calls itself. The first three letters are about as truthful as a Fox "News" report on Hillary's health. Sort of like the old East Germany was the "German Democratic Republic," although the last two thirds of their name were also a joke.

(14,276 posts)Hear me out. Burger King gets cutesy and tries to call itself "BK". Then I keep hearing the term "Nothing Burger". Where do you get those? At "Nothing King" - Hence, NK.
