"Five Glaswegian chip shop delicacies you miss when you're not in the city"

I somehow found myself in a discussion of haggis on Twitter...how the hell did that happen...and one of the people in the conversation mentioned "Haggis Suppers" at Glasgow Chip Shops. Naturally, I had to go to The Google, and I found the following. #5 was Deep Fried Chocolate, but the article didn't have a photo of that.:

Many of my ancestors were Glaswegian so this post fascinates me! Was lucky enough to stay in Glasgow a few days many many years ago. Found the city charming and very hospitable. Such nice friendly people. Much friendlier than Londoners.

I couldn't imagine eating like that all the time, or even fairly regularly - and I'm not exactly a health nut.
