Which cartoon character is Trump?

I keep going back and forth between:

Garfield - Orange, tiny hands, lives on high-cal food, overweight, low-energy, and mean to his loyal sidekick Odie

And

Elmer Fudd - brags about his wealth, mansion, and yacht, if you did put a gun in his hands he's liable to shoot himself, and demonstrably less intelligent than a rabbit or a duck

Any other suggestions?

but he acts like Mr. Magoo.

(From Wikipedia)
"Quincy Magoo is a wealthy, short-statured retiree who gets into a series of comical situations as a result of his extreme near-sightedness, compounded by his stubborn refusal to admit the problem."

"Stubborn refusal to admit his problems"? - Yeah, tRump does that.

Two cartoon characters from "The Simpsons" also come to mind.
1) Homer Simpson's boss, Mr. Burns, the wealthy owner of the nuclear power plant, who doesn't care about anything except making more money
2) Groundskeeper Willie, who once described the French as:
"cheese-eating surrender monkeys"

I think they made Fife into a cartoon with Andy Griffith at some point.

For example--

Gaston (Beauty and the Beast)--- claims to be very good looking and all the girls want him. However, dumb as a pack of hammers and a chauvenistic pig

Cruella DeVil (101 Dalmatians)-- Always flaunts wealth and is not afraid to step on the little guy (dog) to get it

Evil Queen (Snow White)-- insists on being the best and doesn't like it when someone is better (fairer) than him

Scar (Lion King)-- Assumes power based on a lie. Will step on anyone or anything to get power

Half-mouth, half muscle, no brain, a clueless bully, only out for himself.

Just color him orange and shave the beard.

Mr. Potato Head: "That ain't no happy child."
Rex: "He tortures toys, just for fun!"
Lenny: He's lighting it! He's lighting it! Hit the dirt!
Bo Peep: AAH!
Buzz: Look Out!
(Explosion)
Sid: Yes! He's gone! He's history!

Foghorn Leghorn

Foghorn Leghorn Sayings:
“That’s a joke, I say that’s a joke son”
“Go, I say go away boy, you bother me”
“He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent”
“This is going to cause more confusion than a mouse in a burlesque show”
“Now who’s, I say who’s responsible for this unwarranted attack on my person!”
“Now that, I say that’s no way for a kid to be wastin’ his time, readin’ that long-haired gobbledegook”
“Look sister is any of this filterin’ through that little blue bonnet of yours”
