Some of them are absolutely stupid. Although, that seems to be a prerequisite for a lot of them, anyway.

I'll email the company and let them know that they're making me like them less/making me less likely to buy their product. I don't know if it has any effect, but it makes me feel good.

This ad is normalizing/trivializing very bad behavior.

We tell clients, you drop it, you bought it, even if it still works. People still ask if it is ok to do a mic drop. We say that'll be $800 cash in advance and no, we don't take credit cards.
