Some of them are absolutely stupid. Although, that seems to be a prerequisite for a lot of them, anyway.

(15,394 posts)I'll email the company and let them know that they're making me like them less/making me less likely to buy their product. I don't know if it has any effect, but it makes me feel good.

We tell clients, you drop it, you bought it, even if it still works. People still ask if it is ok to do a mic drop. We say that'll be $800 cash in advance and no, we don't take credit cards.
