Yeah, Miz t. was in labor on Labor Day.
Our smart and lovely daughter is 45 today.
Do I feel old?
Oh yeah.
You know you're old when you have a middle aged 'child'.
Two wonderful grandkids.
Jack is 14 and Charlotte is 9.
Oh, and our son-in-law is a pretty good guy too.

We adore our three grandchildren! Two of them actually were born on their due dates!

(I wish I had a dollar for every time Mom dropped the, "I was in labor on Labor Day", line. )
Yep, 'we' were in labor on Labor Day.

(36,522 posts)After I called my sister, I called my mom, and the first words out of her mouth were to remind me it was my sister's birthday and then she proceeded to drop the line again, for like, the billionth time. LOL, if anything, she's predictable.
Three senior white haired children, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, makes her extremely happy and contented, but making the decision to not renew her drivers license on her 93rd birthday two weeks ago made her feel old.
