Some people think Reagan's PR people were naive when using that song, but they knew exactly what they were doing. They knew that most people barely scratch the surface with any type of meaning. People would just focus on the pulsating beat, while shaking their fist, "I wuz born in the USA!."

Once again, the foxes make fools of the masses.

I remember that Vietnam Stallone movie came out about same time. There were young people who thought we won Vietnam just based on crap like that. Whole decade was a catastrophe.
