I Don't Know how this works.

I could be violating TOS, I don't know. But the story is that i am currently feeding between 8-10 feral cats in Midway. Florida. I am happy to feed these fur babies. I am happy to do my part. BUT! The are reproducing at a rapid rate. This a very small community in rural Florida. There are no resources to help me. I want to catch and Spay/neuter these animals. I have 3 humane traps, but no resources to afford to apay/neuter these feral cats and nothing is in my area to help. I have set up a gofundme account and would like to advertize to get about $500 to spay/neuter these wonderful animals. Can you please help? http://www.gofundme.com/tcsdpw

I ave contacted my local councilman and he has promised to help. I am feeding so many babies here and they just need to be spayed/neutered. I am an hourly waged nurse. I support a disabled spouse and just can't afford to spay/neuter almost a dozen. cats. Though I am willing to catch them and do what i can with local shelters. I have reached ot and because I make too much money (LOL) I am not eligible for a discount rate. I understand their fund is limited, but in the mean time. My populations grows and grows. I know it is because I feed them. But what else can I do? Sit by and watch them die?

http://www.gofundme.com/tcsdpw I know this is off topic. But I need help.

post another one just like it in General Discussion. GD tends to be very busy and some people do not come in the Lounge.

I worked for a Veterinarian for five years and he always said feed strays or ferrals a very small amount. Feed them enough just to get by and they won't be in constant reproduction cycle.

But I can't stand by and watch them die. i need help to trap/spay/neuter and release. The are all so beautiful and unique. There are two tortoiseshells, Split face and Mother girl. Then there is a tom named Silver man. I am pretty sure he s the father of Oreo and Jelly Bean. two beautiful Jellicle cats. And there is the lone orange and white pretty boy. I can't let them starve. Recently both mama cat and split face have had litters. I don't know where they are. Probably in the vacant lot behind my house. But I HAVE to feed them I MUST do what I can. I need help trapping and spay/neutering and releasing.

but that may take time. In the meantime only leave out a little food so they won't have more litters. Just my opinion is all.

But just can't do that. I probably gorge them. I feed them twice a day. I can't help myself. Silverman recently presented with huge wounds on his neck. I knew that the least I could do was provide nutrition. He has since healed. I have to do what I can do.

They are totally feral. When I get them to the Spay/Neuter Animal Aid Society. Each will get a good check up, medicated properly for their problems, spayed/neutered and vaccinations.
