I think it's German.
Does the title of this album (I'm recording it to CD,) mean, "Kick In The Nuts?"
It means "out in the distance" according to the Google machine.
But yours is funnier.
The Velveteen Ocelot
(115,976 posts)Oh, you beautiful western woods
We were in Madagascar (?)
We love the storms
Wild geese rush through the night
When the colorful flags blow.
A light and a lump,
Black-brown is the hazelnut
Therefore I must go to the village
In a Polish village
Outside, far away
On the heath blooms a little flower
They ride the blue dragon (dragoon?).
My German is rusty so some of this doesn't seem to make much sense.

Maybe the lyrics don't make sense because the whole thing is a parody.

Mit Butterbrot und Speck.
Das mag ich ja so gerne,
Das nimmt mir keiner weg.
Und wer das tut,
Dem hau ich auf die Schnut,
Dem hau ich auf die Nase,
Dass sie blut.

The Velveteen Ocelot
(115,976 posts)that the text on the album cover was a single statement or "poem" that made no sense at all. I just thought my German had too much rust on it to be intelligible.
