One good thing about menopause ensomnia-

I get a whole lot of stuff done! I've been up since 11 last night (like every night for almost a week)... total sleep for the last 5 days is about 17 hours. My yard and house are looking fab- you could eat off my floors and drink out of the toilets. Although the neighbors are probably wondering if it's a good idea to live next to a lady who vacuums twice a day- carpet and furniture.

I'm hoping for 6hrs straight tonight, because after about three days of this crap, I get a little derpy, and just hang out at home.

Rock on menopause mamas! lol

I would like to sleep more, but the insomnia does have some benefits.

It's quite around here until 8 when the guy across (or down) the street starts mowing.

Until we moved here last fall I thought it was the outside noise that was waking my from my dreams around 3 or 3:30.
