Got a malicious "vGrabber" toolbar by clicking on streaming links for the game

It took over my homepage. I've already done Uninstall under Control Panel and got rid of a couple of "vGrabber" names, but there must be some other files somewhere. I'm not competent to mess with the Registry.

I'm Searching google, but any help will be appreciated!

I stumbled around and got it off the homepage through IE-Tools-InternetOptions under the General tab: the thing had inserted its address in the address startup. This was AFTER I had Uninstalled the two items with the vGrabber name. So I got my own homepage address there and for now the vGrabber toolbar is off the homepage. This doesn't make me confident that there aren't some of its files lurking somewhere. Thanks again.

Oh, P.S., did a full scan with my anti-virus, which found nothing. the Search items so far have said this vGrabber is a pain in the neck that continually "Alerts" you to false threats in order to get you to buy their whatever, but don't say it's specifically a malicious thing.
