I know it's a trick play, but what is it exactly?

You see them all pretending to run towards right field... and the runner assumes it is headed out there somewhere.

.
He focusses on third base and the pitcher runs toward him to tag him out.
.
The runner realizes this and tries to get back, but the 2nd baseman is ready for him.
.
You hear the announcer refer to it as the Wichita pick-off.
