colorful carrot-ginger salad

Couldn't find my official ginger salad recipe, so I made this one up. It's working pretty good. I bet it'll be even better tomorrow after the ingredients have spent the night together.

1 gigunda carrot, finely grated
1 small red cabbage, finely grated or chopped. mostly only red portions.
some amount of broccoli crown shaved greens
a couple tbsp chopped walnuts. more walnuts would be much better.
a tbsp or two of wishbone robust italian salad dressing
1/4 cup or so of frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2"+ finely grated fresh ginger

stir it all together. its pretty intensely good.

but discovered I never did re-stock them when I thought I did.

Instead, I got pomegranate-infused cranberries, which I was going to add to some rice and cashews today, until I remembered that I kept snacking on them until I finished them the other day.

This was one of those uh-oh, what did I remember to buy at the food store days
