Ran across an absolutely delightful/whimsical/romantic Twitter account you might enjoy

https://twitter.com/Titania2468

She's in Norway, posts in English, and her Twitter profile reads: "Medical student. Art enthusiast. Loves fantasy, fairy tales and folklore. Purveyor of escapism."

Some of her posts I found, starting with the one currently pinned to the top - and because DU's display of images in tweets sometimes cuts off part of the images, I'll add those full images below the tweet (or you can click on the tweet to see the full image on Twitter):

Just a tiny sample of what she posted in the last few weeks. Made me aware of some artists I hadn't known of before, like stage designer Christian Jank, whose sketch of a castle is in the last tweet there. That vision, done for King Ludwig II of Bavaria, was never built, but his vision of Neuschwanstein Castle was.

And I loved the batcats. I still have the Windstone Flap Cat that I bought over 30 years ago, one exactly like this one. The prices have gone up a bit...

Anway, Titania's choice of what to post was just what I needed to find last night. So much stress lately, and this was the perfect escape.

4. ??????? Is there any reason that would be better than her Twitter account? She has over 30,000 followers there.

She would get 30K MORE followers if I could see her on Tumblr. She can do both, and I can see her work.

She could just reach me and everyone else that don't mess with Twitter.
Not better than Twitter. Better to be even more available.

8. That can take more time every day. Not so much for the duplicate posts, but for reading and responding

to replies. And she isn't promoting herself here, isn't selling anything. She's just posting art and folklore she enjoys that she thinks others will enjoy.

Some people who post lots of threads with great content like this refer people to sites where they can make small donations if they choose, a thank-you for the time it takes to do this. But so far I haven't seen her post any messages like that.
