Warming oven, flattop, dish washer, stand mixer, and work tables.
That's the only way I know them. I was unaware that had another business unit.

he didnt talk to him for 2 decades.

(5,946 posts)Back on my band days, I knew a guy whose day job was as a dishwasher. He had carefully removed the Hobart badge from a piece of commercial kitchen equipment and mounted it on the grille of his guitar amp. Looked perfect, as though it had come from the factory that way.

Waiter, bartender, host, line cook you name it, I pretty much did it all. I was very familiar with Hobart.
