The photo is from Nome a couple of years ago in March when we were out there for the Iditarod. It was really, really cold.

Down here, the closest thing to lilacs are Crepe Myrtles, but they have no smell.

(35,825 posts)I read lots of interior decor, food, and computer graphic arts magazines on the computer. When I find a page layout or photo I like, I'll often save it to use as wallpaper.
I have a monitor that swivels to page view. It's great for reading magazines!
I like this image because of the airiness and light.
