Then. Groucho asked her who she worked for. "I work for a married couple, one adult, one adultress.". Then she prayed the earth would swallow her up! It was hilarious!

hearing him in the other room laughing hysterically at Groucho and Steve Allen. One night, I woke up with a nosebleed. He held a washcloth on my face with ice in it until it stopped bleeding.
Groucho was trying to light a cigar but his lighter wouldn't work. He kept trying for a minute, then said "Aw, forget it!" The crowd went nuts. That was probably 1962(?)

For some reason, I think it was the Groucho show. I saw the episode long ago on a rerun TV station.
