(4,333 posts)Be sure you have wooley balls on hand post-wash. These will eliminate any chance of static cling in the drying process - wouldn't want a clogged filter or damaged wigwag, now would we! And for heaven's sake, don't use the "high" or "steam" settings.
Also, make sure you've read about the statistics and scientific facts about missing "$sox$" in the laundry, right?

(38,958 posts)I recall a rather eccentric older lady who shopped at a small local grocery store back in the 1970s who paid for her purchases with money that was damp. When asked she told the checker that she washed all the money she received as a precaution.
