(57,073 posts)I just hung a feeder a couple of weeks ago, with about 10 feeding spots. But never more than 1 at a time - they drive each other away.
I was amazed to see this happening! 😱

(153,160 posts)when I lived on a farm I had a few hummingbird feeders set quite a distance apart - one little chap routinely tried to claim all of them and would fly from one to another, shooing everyone away

(25,853 posts)Several years ago I had my back yard landscaped, and now I have hummingbirds visiting the various flowers. I can tell I get several species, although I cannot identify them. But still, they make my back yard a place of wonder.

(22,063 posts)I am really missing our hummers this summer. We've had a few stragglers, but that's it. Even with the feeders, and a garden full of flowers.
